The Bible is very clear in wanting us to be innovative in our business. We should always seek how to improve in whatever we are doing. Brainstorm new ideas that will increase your business's bottom-line.
Something my Pastor always says is, if you're a doctor, you're a Christian doctor, not a doctor that is Christian. If you're a business entrepreneur, you're a Christian business entrepreneur not an entrepreneur that is Christian. What does this mean? It means that our priority in life is to serve Jesus first. Seek God first before your day starts. Be grateful for everything He has given you. Ability to work, your projects, your employees, your warehouse/office, give thanks.
Many entrepreneurs struggle with pride. When you don't have an answer to a solution, be honest. Say you don't know but you'll find the solution. Never let your ego get in the way of doing what is right for your business.
Trust in the Lord at all times. Miracles still work. And if you're needing one today for your firm, pray, fast for your business. God wants to see you take action into seeking Him to receive blessings in our business.
Fear is the enemy of entrepreneurship. God wants us to be bold in our business ideas.
You must have discipline in your business. You must make smart decisions with your firm. Are you wasting more money than bringing in? How are you managing your weekly, monthly, yearly budgets? We must take care of the work God has given to be managed by us.
Being the owner of your very own small-business can be difficult. But when doing it with God's grace and wisdom, you may trip and fall, but God helps you get back up and run faster than others.
There will be times when you are the only person who believes in your business dream. And I tell you today, don't be afraid. Be brave. Seek God and He'll give you answers that you urgently need.
