A Message Signed With Prayer

by 1

Do you have the courage to wear orange? 21 Coptic Christians have been beheaded, a video just released by ISIS. Watch and see the price of persisting in remaining Christian. Even under the blade, some were making their last prayers and as the blade came to their neck they all cried in unison “Ya Rabbi Yasou’” (O My Lord Jesus) the caption by ISIS stated “these insisted on remaining in unbelief”. In other words, they were given the option to convert or die and every one of them refused, even unto death. Signed With Prayer They are calling the “A Message Signed With Blood To The Nation of The Cross”. Well, the truth is a message signed with blood was already presented and given to us by the Lord Jesus Christ on the cross, and that message stands true today. So we want to invite everyone to pray with us. Let us pray for the families of these men. Let us pray for those who are under danger of losing their lives. Let us pray for our enemies. God can do amazing things when the church is united in prayer. Watch the video and take action! We have created a banner to share this prayer call. Add the hashtag #SIGNEDWITHPRAYER.  As we’re praying God is working.  You may not get the chance to wear orange, but you do have the chance to share this and pray with us. Lastly, these 21 men didn’t die in vain. Tell someone of their story and share the gospel with someone! Did you know that almost six out of ten teens leave the church at some point? Nearly 60% of high school students who grow up going to church will close the doors to a Christian life. And usually, they don't come back (survey by the Barna Group). "Because of people breaking the laws and sin being everywhere, the love in the hearts of many people will become cold." Matthew 24:12

Is Suicide a Forgivable Sin?

Whenever I answer a question like this, I’m deeply aware that someone may be reading this who is seriously contemplating suicide—and I would do everything in my power to convince them not to take that final, drastic step. With Christ, there is always hope. If that’s you, please hear me. Don’t you dare do that! Jesus and I deeply love you and need you.

5 Myths of Yoga Pants
5 Myths of Yoga Pants

(This post is written to Christian women and is based on a biblical worldview, supported with Scripture. Since the writing of this post, a sequel has been written, The Motive to Modesty.) Hurriedly I raked through my second dresser drawer in the dim light of the unlit closet, scrambling for pants of some kind. Finding some, I grabbed a workout shirt, jammed feet into tennis shoes and breathlessly answered the door for Mr. M. “Ready for breakfast?” he asked.
